What are winter workouts?

Winter Workouts are the perfect way for our players to get their softball skills back in shape! Players will be grouped into age groups and run through various softball drills and games.


When and where are winter workouts?

Winter workouts are on Saturday’s from 12:30-2:30PM at the MHS Field House. Workouts occur on the following dates:

  • 2/3
  • 2/10
  • 2/24
  • 3/3
  • 3/10
  • 3/17


Who can attend winter workouts?

All registered players from all age groups are invited to attend. Players must register for the spring 2018 season in order to attend. If you have not registered yet, please do so by clicking the registration link on our homepage.


What equipment should my player bring?

Sneakers, softball glove, bats and water.
